Strength Training

Thursday, 3:30 - 4:30 p.m.

$5.00 per session


This program focuses on muscle conditioning, strength training, balance, and stretching, all while seated, standing, or on mats (optional). Enjoy upbeat music with exercises that are challenging yet safe, and easily modified for all fitness levels. Weights and resistance bands are used. All welcome.
