HYBRID: Monthly Caregivers Connect Group: Thursday, July 27: 11:00 AM Caregiving is a journey: taking steps to preserve your own health and well-being is just as important as all of your caregiving tasks — maybe even more. Based on the concept that connections make us stronger, more resilient, and healthier individuals. Learn from and share with other participants who are caring for and elderly family members. Goals of the group are to provide each other with emotional support, connection, and practical advice about a challenge, concern, or experience common amongst caregivers. You are not alone!
