For the safety and protection of all Jenks patrons, employees, volunteers and visitors, effective September 01, 2021, anyone entering the building will be required to show proof of full vaccination against COVID-19. Proof consists of providing a Center for Disease Control (CDC) card of vaccination history or a photo of the card that clearly indicates the name of the person vaccinated and dates of vaccination. If needed, staff at the Jenks are available to anyone seeking assistance with acquiring a vaccination.
Persons without vaccination documentation, including those who are medically or religiously exempt from COVID-19 vaccination, must provide proof of a negative PCR COVID-19 test within 72 hours of each appearance at the Jenks Center to be allowed entrance into the building. No other exceptions will be permitted at this time.
Persons requiring assistance in receiving a PCR COVID-19 test may contact the Jenks Center for guidance. This must be done in advance and in accordance with the 72-hour time limit before a planned appearance inside the Jenks as described above.
The Jenks Center is committed to promoting and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all. We appreciate your full cooperation and consideration.
