The Winchester Seniors Association is a not-for-profit corporation that relies on donations rather than charge annual dues or membership fees. Please consider making a donation to help the WSA continue to do its work!

    Nia stands for Neuromuscular Integrative Action. Audrey Albert King will lead you in this mostly seated dance/fitness class that uses movement to feel better in body, mind, emotions, and spirit. All are welcome as this is an adaptive method that can suit all levels of mobility.

    Please join us for a continental breakfast and an informal discussion with Town Manager Beth Rudolph. Please register at www.jenkscenter.org
  • Sep 28, 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM
    Join My Journey is a Virtual Dementia Experience that allows participants to develop a deeper understanding of the physical and emotional hardships that those living with dementia experience on a regular basis. Lunch is included with this event.
